Just moved to this area 2 years ago. Searched the internet for a good optician as I wasn’t satisfied with the last place I went to. This place is so wonderful, I felt so relaxed when Orlando and Barbara helped me choose reading and progressive glasses. I looked for narrow reading glasses in a few places with no luck but Fusion had a nice selection of them. Their prices are very reasonable and my reading glasses were done right there! I highly recommend this beautiful store and the couple that work there.

The customer support is wonderful and selection of frames 👌 I got my lenses in two weeks at.half what I am used to paying. The first time we tried progressives, but since I couldn't get used to them they had bifocals made at no extra charge! These guys are pros and they are nice.

This is the only place you should go to purchase eyeglasses. They have an amazing selection of designer frames at great prices and you will not be overcharged for lenses as you will at some of the other chain stores. The price was so reasonable I was able to order a second pair!! Aside from the savings the owners are so kind and friendly and give you great input in helping to pick out frames that will look good on your face. Barbara and Orlando are a great team and I will never go anywhere else for eyeglasses….in fact I’ll be back soon for my summer sunglasses!
I have dealt with Fusion Eyewear for quite a few years. Orlando has been making my glasses custom to my design requests every year since. The prices are very inexpensive in comparison to other eyewear providers I've dealt with in the past. In past experiences with Orlando, he's met with me during hours where he was closed to meet my eyeglass needs. Recently, I was involved in a very serious accident which my glasses were damaged. I was at Westchester Medical Center for many weeks and when my wife brought them to him, he repaired them while she waited so I could see clearly. Being a deaf person, Orlando realized that vision is very important in my case. I have known Barbara and Orlando for only about 4 or 5 years visiting them annually, but when I got out of the hospital and went to offer payment for repairing my glasses, they both greeted me with hugs like I was family. Service to me is very important, but friendship is more important than anything! I'll always continue to use their services and no where else...

I finally made it to Middletown to see Orlando and Barbara. Not did they welcome me with open arms, but I left in style! Great atmosphere. Fast service and very helpful. My son was given a wrong prescription from Walmart Eye Care causing headaches and nausea. Went back to Walmart to retest his eyes. They still saw nothing wrong with what they prescribed. Took him to Fusion Eyewear where they determined that his prescription was significantly too strong. Was able to replace old lenses with the new within minutes. No hustle. Headaches and nausea gone. Thank you! Owners are very lovely, friendly, personable and professional. I have a high cylinder prescription which makes it hard to find someone to fill the RX.... Barbara & Orlando were absolutely amazing! They explained what a high cylinder meant to me. We looked at frames, I picked out some frames that I liked. I LOVED that Barbara gave feedback and picked out two pairs for me to try that I wouldn't of normally of tried. Once I put one of the pairs that Barbara picked out on... I KNEW they were the ones! I LOVE the idea of magnetic sunglasses frames -- for someone who has to wear sunglasses frequently due to light sensitivity . OH AND THE BEST PART?! Extremely reasonable & after I picked out a frame... I had my new glasses in 15 minutes! even with my complex RX I didn't realize how much I couldn't see until I was able to see again! I’ve been in glasses my entire life. I hated them as a kid, but as an adult I’ve decided to see them as a fashion accessory. Well fusion eyewear has become my one and only place to shop for them. I’ve bought several pair of eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. I’m in love with their selection and the customer service is amazing. Barbara is so patient and honest about how each pair you try on looks which I so appreciate because anyone who wears glasses knows once you take them off to try on new ones you can’t see, and Orlando is a true professional and was able to help recommend different types of lenses that appear thinner on the frame of the glasses so I don’t look like I’m wearing goggles. Bottom line, if you want to love your glasses and how you look wearing them definitely check this place out.
Walked in just for an routine regular eye exam, but decided to get a new pair of glasses when they said it only takes 15min to make the lenses. I understood why they got all those 5 star reviews now: from the exam, 15min glasses making (Dang that was FAST!) to their impeccable service, they're an example of how professionals should be. Love the superlight titanium frame i got!

Orlando the Optician, is a very caring individual who is happy to answer the silliest question. He is very detailed about making sure you as a patient (and your kids) have an understanding of what is going on with your eyes and how the lenses help you. From making and appointment to picking out frames, the entire experience with Barbara and Orlando at Fusion was convenient, efficient, and professional. I was able to book and confirm my appointment online for the only day that fit my schedule: Sunday! The optometrist, Craig, took a look at my existing prescription and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns during my appointment. It was a great experience. Just picked up my new glasses and I’m so happy. They’re much nicer then the ones I had before switching here. Price was well within what I expected for all the extras I had.Barbara never rushed me including my first visit where I had to try on a third of the store to make sure I found the pair that was just right. I loved the variety of frames that they had available ranging from more traditional to bright funky colors and unique styles.Barbara and Orlando were great with my children also and we’ll be coming back for future family purchases.
I found this fantastic place by accident and I'm very happy that I did!! When you walk in to the store you can immediately see that this is not your normal eye vision establishment. The owner (Orlando) really went out of his way to make it a great experience. I broke my glasses and called Orlando to see if he could try and fix them. I was going away for a few days and always like to have a backup pair just in case. I explained the extent to which the glasses where broken to Orlando. He told me that he couldn't guarantee he could fix them but he could try. I Arrived at the store and was very, very impressed with the attention to detail. I was greeted immediately by Orlando. He examined my glasses and told me "it's pretty bad but let me try ". He then explained in detail what he was going to do and after 10-15 minutes my destroyed glasses were like new!!!I have to say, if you need glasses, you should try this store. The selection of designer frames was great and the prices were also much cheaper than all of the eye glass stores I have been to..I have definitely found my new eye vision store.!
